2.新增首頁

要新增html或jsp首頁，需在web pages裡做new html的動作，新增一個index.html
然後，在web.xml的 <welcome-file>index.jsp</welcome-file>將jsp改成html
最後變成  <welcome-file>index.html</welcome-file>
